Stilbite is a part of the group called Zeolites, which includes  thomsonsite, scolecite, and heulandite. Stilbite is a very compassionate stone and connects our heart, third eye, and crown chakras together and helps you to clearly see the emotions and issues affecting you. 
Stilbite is also a dream work tool that can help strengthen your dreams, so that you can better understand them, as well as providing mental clarity during these subconscious experiences.
