Sage - Various Options
White Sage, from California, has long been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying and protective plant. It is often burned in a ritual known as smudging. Smudging is a cleansing ceremony used to rid a person, space or object of negative energies, spirits or influences.
White Sage emits negative ions, while our aura holds positive ions. Through the smudging process, one can neutralise their aura or the energy of other spaces or objects to cleanse and renew. Studies have shown that White Sage can also boost memory and mental clarity, improve air quality and decrease stress.

Instructions
Light one end over a flame and let it burn for approximately 30 seconds then blow out the flame. The sage will continue to smoulder releasing smoke.
Place on a hard safe surface such as a bowl or ashtray.
