Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America. The name means 'Holy Wood' and is used in spiritual rituals for its cleansing and healing properties. It has an uplifting and calming aroma that will allow for deeper meditation. Palo Santo trees are protected by regulations and have to be harvested in a sustainable way. So only dead trees and fallen branches can be harvested.

Instructions
Light one end of a stick over a flame and let it burn for approximately 30 seconds then blow out the flame. The stick will continue to smoulder releasing smoke.
Place on a hard safe surface such as a bowl or ashtray.
